Tuition

HCA offers two tuition payment plans:

  1. Semi-annual payment plan. One payment is made in August, the second in February.

  2. Monthly payment plan beginning in July, ending in March.

To make tuition payments, parents/guardians must enroll in FACTS, a third-party tuition management company.  FACTS charges an annual nominal fee for its services.  In order to access FACTS, parents must enroll each child in our student database, Renweb.

Income-Based Tuition Assistance

Ohio Christian Education Network Scholarship Granting Organization

Students of Heritage Classical Academy in our Kindergarten or higher grade full-time Academy program can now apply for a scholarship through the Ohio Christian Education Network Scholarship Granting Organization (OCEN SGO). These scholarships are funded through the generous gifts of members of our school community!

There is no fee to apply for a scholarship from OCEN. Students must be enrolled in our full-time Academy program to qualify for OCEN SGO scholarship awards. While all students are eligible to apply for and receive a scholarship, awards will be prioritized for students with a demonstrated financial need. Award amounts may vary. OCEN will notify the applicant of scholarship awards. There is a six-week processing period after an application is submitted. OCEN (not Heritage Classical Academy) will notify applicants regarding scholarship awards after this time.

The 2026-2027 school year application window is December 1, 2025 through July 15, 2026. Visit the OCEN website and click APPLY to submit your application.

FACTS Tuition Assistance

Heritage uses FACTS Tuition Management Company to formalize our tuition assistance process. Families considered for tuition assistance must demonstrate need and have a strong understanding of and commitment to the mission and vision of Heritage Classical Academy.

New families seeking tuition assistance are encouraged to apply when the application opens on February 1, 2026. The cost to apply is $35, and the tuition assistance application is not complete until FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment receives all supporting documents.

HCA admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, and other school-administered programs.

Applications for Tuition Assistance open on Monday, January 6, 2026. Tuition Assistance opens to new families in February. Tuition Assistance is awarded first come, first served. If a family has applied for Tuition Assistance after February 1st, and the award does not meet the family's needs, the family has the option of canceling enrollment without penalty within 30 days of the dated award letter.

Families should only apply for tuition assistance through Heritage AFTER they have applied for a scholarship through EdChoice and OCEN’s SGO. This requirement does not apply to students enrolled in our Study Center program due to ineligibility for EdChoice and OCEN SGO scholarships.

Current Families are encouraged to complete Tuition Assistance applications by February 28, 2026 since the amount of Tuition Assistance funding is limited.

Current families who have applied for assistance by February 28, 2026 will be notified as early as March 15, 2026.

EdChoice Scholarship
