We welcome applications for students entering grades K-8. Our admissions process includes:
The best way to understand Heritage Classical Academy and a classical Christian education is to see it for yourself! Prospective parents should attend an HCA Open House or schedule a personal tour and meet with the admissions staff before submitting an application. We host two Open Houses a year in addition to several informational meetings. Visit our calendar to find the next open house or event.
Once you're ready to apply, an application form for prospective students may be printed, completed, and submitted to the HCA school office. Both Study Center and Academy applications may be found below.
Applications will be accepted for Priority Enrollment from October 1 through February 1. Admission decisions will be made and parents notified by mid-February. Applications received between February 2 and April 1 will then be processed, with final admission decisions made and communicated to parents by mid-April. Applications received April 2 and after will be accepted on a case-by-case basis, space permitting.
A non-refundable application fee of $60 per student is required with the enrollment application. This fee can be paid electronically below, or by check made out to Heritage Classical Academy and turned in to the school office at:

To ensure a common understanding of the Heritage Classical Academy mission, policies and school culture, all prospective parents meet with the HCA Head of School. All parents must also read and sign the HCA Statement of Faith with the application.
Student Placement Testing
We desire for incoming students of any age to thrive at Heritage Classical Academy. All prospective students are tested to determine the grade level in which they will be most successful. Upon receipt of application, parents will be contacted regarding their parent meeting and student's testing date and time. Test results will then be discussed with parents and the Head of School or Director of Curriculum and Instruction as appropriate.

HCA offers three tuition payment plans. You may choose to pay the entire annual tuition via check before school starts in July. Some families prefer to pay in either 2 installments (one in the fall and one in the winter) or 9 installments (monthly, beginning in August). If one of the installment plans are chosen, you must enroll in FACTS, a third-party tuition management company. FACTS charges an annual nominal fee for their services. Income-Based Tuition Assistance
Families may also qualify for tuition assistance based on their income. Qualification is determined by your application to the FACTS tuition management program. Income-based tuition assistance is available only to students enrolled in the full time Academy.
